The review has been written by a company employee.

The review is not about an actual moving experience.

The reviewer has requested to update their original review.

The review has been mistakenly written under another company’s name.

The moving company has disputed the review and the dispute has been resolved in their favor.

The reviewer has used a non-existent email address for the review activation.

The review has been written by somebody other than the actual customer.

In order to dispute a moving review, you need to be a registered moving company. If you are not yet registered (or you haven’t claimed your company’s profile yet), you can do it here on the page.

The review is not about a customer’s moving experience, but something else.

Please explain your arguments and any evidence/reasons you may have. Disputes are manually reviewed and are usually resolved within 30 days or less.
